Taking a little time for reflection

These past few weeks have been difficult, and I feel the need to step back and take a little break at this time. A beloved family member entered his last stages of cancer recently and this past week went to his heavenly home. I need to take a deep breath and find my peaceful center again.

I'll be back soon, visiting your friendly and uplifting book blogs...in the meantime, hug those you love and celebrate the gift of today!

I'm sorry for your loss, take all the time you need. We all reach those moments when we need that time to think and reflect and rejuvinate. Life goes on and we all have to do what we can to grapple with it's ups and downs. Take care of yourself and your family, we'll all be here when you get back.

My thoughts are with you, and I will pray that you will be filled with peace. At times like this, it's wonderful to have memories of loved ones to carry with us in our hearts forever.

Thank you, friends, for taking the time to leave a message...we're doing well and laughing again and getting back to a normal routine. It feels good.
