More Susanna Kearsley Coming Our Way......

Sourcebooks' gorgeous cover for Susanna Kearsley's next new book....spring 2013 can't come soon enough for me! I think it's definitely time for a reread of The Winter Sea and The Shadowy Horses in anticipation of Firebird's release.  Interestingly, Susanna will be revisiting an 18th century character from The Winter Sea (Anna) and the modern day Robbie (now an adult) from The Shadowy Horses.

And speaking of The Shadowy Horses (rereleased this October), check out this terrific book trailer.

Sounds great, something more to look forward to. I really liked the Shadowy Horses, hmm, wonder how Robbie's telepathy will interact with Anna's character! Very interesting!

I was so excited to see this cover today, but hadn't seen the trailer before now.

Every year at Historical Tapestry we have a post where we have to name our most anticipated read of the next year. Some years we have a little tussle over who gets to choose which book. I told them all a month ago that I was choosing this book!

Nise - I'm so glad Sourcebooks is reissuing some of her backlist....hope the trend continues as they are all good.

Julie - Yes, I think it's a clever twist and can't wait to see how it all plays out.

Marg - Good for you! I'm looking forward to seeing what you think. Are you getting an ARC? If so, lucky you!!
