Spoiler Free/Excerpt Free Zone for Echo in the Bone

As the widget counter is almost winding down to the release date, I thought I would take a moment to let visitors to this site know that I intend to keep this blog a spoiler free and excerpt free zone for Echo in the Bone for quite some time. I'm not sure how long I will wait to post my thoughts about the book (several weeks or months, at least), but it won't be anytime soon. I believe everyone should have a chance to read Echo, absorb all its details, and savor the experience before readers start posting about plot details.

I will also be tip-toeing very carefully around other book blogs, as well, as I don't want to have any surprises in the plot revealed.

So rest assured, my lips are sealed and my blog will not spoil the fun for you!

Happy reading!

I'm not even sure I'll review the book - her books are just so special, I've never reviewed one, I sort of think of them as off limits, I'm not worthy enough - LOL! I think I just want to devour it quickly and then turn around and read it again slowly!

Hi, Julie -- You know, that's exactly how I approach her books. I speed read it the first time to get a gist of things; then I have to go back and read EVERY WORD with no skipping to get all the details I missed the first time around!

Did you preorder the book or are you planning on getting it from the bookstore (or library)?
I plan on dropping the kids at their schools and then heading for the coffee shop next to the Barnes and Noble. I'm waiting there until the doors open and I can get my hands on a copy. I'll probably start flipping through it in the parking lot!

Joanne, I've pre-ordered it from B&N. I have a busy day and will be working that day it comes out, so I know I won't get to read it until I get home. But, I am taking that following Friday off, so I figure I'll have a long weekend to read it. I'm nervous about it! LOL!

Have decided to put off Antony and Cleopatra, since I don't want to be in the midst of it when I begin Echo, so it will be on my next list.
